Hollis was founded with quality after sales support its primary objective and this is just as true today. The practical delivery of this goal is illustrated by the fact that we have an annual customer retention rate of more than 99% - some of whom have been customers since Hollis first started trading in 1990. We regularly canvass our customer base for their opinions and during the last survey we had a 100% positive feedback rate. Voluntarily submitted comments such as “staff are always friendly & cheerful & very helpful”, “excellent service”, “quick, efficient and friendly”, “I would just like to say how impressed I have been with the service provided by your company” and “always had an excellent service” are not unusual.
