Our unique office equipment service contracts are totally flexible and tailored to individual customers needs. Our contracts are available on a cost per period or, in the case of photocopiers or printers, a cost per page basis. They can be anything from one week to 5 years before they are reviewed and usually renewed! Our customers stay with us because they want to, safe in the knowledge that if their circumstances change they can terminate our contracts at any time, with no onerous notice period or penalties.

At Hollis, after-sales support has always been one of our top priorities. To ensure that we maintain the highest possible level of service to our customers, support calls are taken on a dedicated support line and logged on specialist call logging software.
